*Items are handled and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving cleared payment.

*Custom orders may vary on the working days needed,usually up to 14 days maximum.

*Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package and are listed with every item.

*Delivery time usually takes 2-3 business days for shipping in Greece, 7-14 days for shipping in the E.U. and 15-20 days for the rest of the world, depending on the location and assuming there are no further customs delays.PLEASE NOTE that during the busy holiday season delays are expected due to the post offices and customs of all countries, so please plan your order in advance if you want to receive your item(s) when needed.I can not be held responsible for post office delays but i promise to do my best according to my handling time.

*I ship all items as First Priority Registered Mail, by Hellenic Post, providing a tracking number.

*Every item will be carefully wrapped in a bubble-padded envelope to reduce chances of damage during shipping.
